INITIAL CONTACT
An introductory telephone assessment lasting approximately 15 mins will be required prior to our first session.
This is free of charge and allows your first full session to be completely devoted to your needs.

Face-to-face in-person sessions are 50 minutes in length and held at our discreet, confidential, and safe therapeutic space in Park Gate, Southampton.

Online sessions are

via a secure and private platform
such as Whereby, Zoom or Teams.
